| What is the key to successful training? |
Being happy and relaxed; get into the rhythm of whatever it is I'm doing. |
| What motivates you the most? |
The endorphin rush ... nahh not entirely. I love the early morning wake up and hearing out training; chatting with friends on the bike; or the solitude of a harbour side run from Kirribilli to Balmoral Beach. Watching the sun rise over the ocean from North Head or riding down at Chowder Bay; beating randoms in different races, and chasing down friends at Balmoral Tri Club races; improving my race time; being a good example for my children to stay fit and enjoy each and every moment we have ... its the overall combination .... its just an awesome sport to be involved and all this motivates me. |
