| What is the key to successful training? |
Give yourself no option but to do it. I found that paying for an expertly-designed training programme went a long way to getting me out of bed onto the playing field. |
| What motivates you the most? |
Looking good, of course. ;-) But I'm mostly failing there, and what keeps me going is the thought that I'm truly fortunate to be able to train and compete alongside some extraordinarily talented and committed people. |
